I recently had a disappointing experience at daylight donuts. Upon entering, I was greeted with nasty looks from two young employees behind the counter. Their unfriendly demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's essential for customer service to be warm and inviting, but these employees clearly missed the mark. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains their staff to be more welcoming to customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got there late as I was driving in from an hour away. Most of morning goodness was already gone, but I managed a box of donuts. The young lady waiting on me was gracious and friendly, and even dropped in an extra donut. She put a smile on my face, and the donuts put a smile on my grandkids' faces!
