Great store and very good location. Games were all in working condition, I got to play tons of fun and exciting games during my visit. The amusement manager Julius was extremely helpful with transferring my card balances and helping with a few minor game jams. Would definitely recommend this location!!! We only played video games here. I was very impressed that almost all of them worked. Staffing was a little short by the ticket center. They still allowed you to use the old card which was nice but you can't recharge it easily. It's best to transfer to a newer card. Staff was nice and place was clean. This place is great! Easy to find in the mall, don't have to wait in line to get a new card or buy extra credits, and the environment was exceptional. There are definitely new games being put here every so often which spruces up the place. I've got to say, the good tasted like I was at an actual restaurant. Not to down play Dave and Busters but you don't plan to go out and eat at a D&B, you go there for the games. Food was GREAT! Server forgot my drink but fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend this place Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

We went as a family on Wednesday, March - 09th-23, because it's ("half-price Wednesday ") because you can get more for your money! We have been to this location shortly after they opened and at least 1 time after to Natick D&B! We didn't eat food at the restaurant, we only wanted to play games. The Gift shop didn't have a large variety of items to cash your points in for. Many items were the" same " or " similar" to others there. They had a lot of " Sonic " & Marvel DC, and Care Bear's very big selection. Not of "Squishmallows" , or " Fun Cutie little Stuffed animals " or cool little Trinkets ". Other than that, we had a pretty good time! We did get a free things, we're more than likely to go back in the near future to the Natick Dave & Busters (D&B).
