Every single time my family goes to this dairy Queen the ice cream is runny, or the wrong order. If we are lucky enough to have the ice cream thick and frozen like it's supposed to be, AND what we actually ordered, without fail it won't be a full order. If we order a large cone it will be the size of a small. If we order a blizzard, it is only 3/4 full. We have tried to give them chance upon chance. Where is the owners? My family and I stood at the front cash register for 17 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We also watched six ride-share delivery drivers walk in after us and then leave before us. For the managers at this location, it would seem you and your staff do not value actual in person customers. Otherwise, you wouldn't act this way. Would you agree?
