The Cred Cafe is a family owned business and a jewel in the city. I enjoyed great hospitality, a very nice atmosphere and plenty of space that's available for small or larger gatherings. They serve food and beverages, from coffee to espresso, juices, a bar and friendly wait staff. I prefer plant based and vegan dishes so I'm glad they have a Vegan Chef preparing dishes too. The Crawford crew did our city a great service with this cafe. I look forward to seeing them quite a bit in the days ahead. They aren't far from Belle Isle so it will be a nice place to stop in after a visit to one of my favorite places. Stumbled on this place while looking for free WiFi and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Greeted very warmly by the gentleman I found out later was an owner. He offered to give me a tour which surprised me at the time because I thought I was already seeing everything. Definitely more than meets the eye ;) The latte was piping hot and made well, the music was the perfect vibe but the care and attention to detail put into the place was what sold me.
