I ordered pick up. Overall, they did a good job. However, my order was incorrect and the part that I recognized at pick up, they did correct. The grilled catfish was very good as were the pancakes. However, it seemed like they should have checked the sweet potato before baking it as it was beyond its best usefulness to be served and you could smell that it had begun to rot. Would give 5 stars, but food lately has been subpar depending on the time of day. Early mornings before 11am, great food and great service. If you go after 3pm service and food quality change dramatically. Either way, it's still a great place for decent food and a good price! This is going to be hard to write. Feb 14 th Valentine's day my wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary here. My wonderful in-laws suggested they would take us out for the celebration. We signed in online and put our name in the queue, it said 5 minutes wait time. We arrived and we're told 15 minutes. We had a party of 5 and we're sat at a 4 top. Not enough room and the table leg was right in my way. We asked about moving another table over but they said no. A gentleman came in and sat at the 2 top and ordered as we were sitting down. We ordered and after 10 minutes got our drinks. At 40 minutes my father in law received his salad after asking again for it. The gentleman seated close to us finished his meal and left. At the 50 minute mark our meals arrived. The hash brown casserole was lukewarm, same with the gravy and chicken fried steak. No telling how long the food sat there. My eggs were cooked wrong, but I was afraid it would take another 30 minutes to fix it. The staff looked like they had no direction, I could not see a manager anywhere. It's like the staff showed up and no one to direct them. The kitchen had several cooks, the servers handle drinks and other items themselves. Everyone looked haggard and I heard the phrase " I'm so sorry" over 50 times from our server and the others around us. They forgot my biscuits and gravy that came with my meal, we asked for some condiments and they arrived after a 10 minute wait. All in all I doubt I'll drive the 20+ miles to go again. No offer to comp any food or discounts for the poor service and long waits. Normally I see some half hearted response from the company; " we are so sorry, we'll tell our team... Yada yada" You guys ruined my anniversary, how can you make this right? Horrible. Food cold! Never been to a Cracker Barrel before and won’t go back. An hour plus wait from ordering at table to get breakfast. No coffee refills unless you find your server. Forget refills all together unless you ask, she’ll look at your empty cup and not even think to refill. 😂 Served popped over medium egg. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online and when I went to pick up the food I could see my name on a bag on the cart. I asked a cashier if I should grab it or if I needed to wait for him. He told me to just take it. Just before I got to the door I looked in the bag and discovered I was missing half of my order. I went back and told the cashier I was missing a chicken pot pie and he told me they were out. Well, don’t you think someone should tell me that?! I had to enter my phone number when I placed the order. So, they didn’t call me and now were just letting me leave the store without telling me. I said I just wanted my money back because the chicken pot pie my mother wanted was the only reason we ordered there. I didn’t want anything different, but if I did I guess I was supposed to let the other half of my order get cold while I was waiting?I had to wait for a manager when I asked for a refund and she insisted they were not out. I felt like she was missing the biggest point, I was about to leave your store with an incomplete order! While she went out back another employee told me the manager was going to come right back because this employee knew they were out of pot pie. Sure enough the manager comes back to tell me they are out. I said I just wanted a refund and she left again. Are you kidding? You can’t do the refund at the register? No. She has to go talk to the moron out back who didn’t call to tell me they were out of pot pies and then sent my incomplete order out front. The manager tells me to give it seven days to show up on my credit card. And to think I am one of those fools who put a tip on a pick-up order! Pathetic service! Pathetic management! Service: 1
