Our server was 1 of the best we've had in a long time. The cashier, on the other hand, was awful. I told her I would need a receipt & she was very rude & condescending to me about it. She also was berating another employee in front of about 10 customers. If she continues her position there, we will not eat @ this location again. I urge you to reconsider ordering from this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite arriving early for my scheduled pickup time, I was made to wait an excessive amount of time for my food. The individual I spoke with on the phone was rude and unhelpful, and I was even placed on hold for a manager who never came to assist me. When my order was finally delivered to my car, it was incorrect, forcing me to go back inside to speak with a manager and have it corrected. I ordered takeout and it was extremely disappointing. They forgot one of my sides, food took forever to get done and then somehow tasted old when I received it, chicken was overcooked, "home baked" cookies were hard and individually packaged.. overall I would absolutely not recommend this location. I've never had such a bad experience with food from any other location at any other time. Will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Decided on a rainy day to have a bite to eat as it was my lunch and dinner. I was thinking breakfast. Ha instead I ordered chicken pot pie. It did not disappoint. A corn muffin or a biscuit came with it. The muffin diffently. However I wish they gave 2. Lol. Waitress was dynamic! Always making sure I was ok & if I needed more coffee. Oh I noticed an older women eating by herself. When I was getting ready to pay I glanced over an notice she had a gift card and she had wrote she had 4.72 left on it. She was digging in her purse for more money. I told cashier put her amount on mine! Happy New Year I told her. She smiled & said thank you! This Cracker Barrel is worth going to! Another meal that took over an hour to get our food, food was wrong and cold. What food we did get was over cooked. Manager wasn’t interest in listening to us. Guess he thought we wanted a free meal. lol all I wanted him to know is how bad it was, wasn’t looking for discount. Pic is of my grilled chicken tenders.
