Cozy cafe is an adorable little cafe that is much more spacious than it looks from the outside. The food was delicious, make sure to try the French fries. The bakery is one of my favorites that i have been too. The owner was working up front and he was extremely welcoming and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. We will definitely be back.

Surprised at such poor food prep considering its 4.7/5 reviews. Hubby ordered an omelet with bacon. Waaay overcooked. And not sure what the mystery meat was--chewy and tasteless, but it sure wasn't bacon as noted on menu. I ordered avocado toast with a over easy egg. Egg was tough, and only a whisper of avocado compared to every other restaurant I've ordered from. Coffee s very good though. In the past we've only ordered sweets, which were excellent. I'll stick with those choices in the future.

Wonderful spot for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. The staff has been wonderful every time I have been there. They offer many wonderful and tasty options from a Halal kitchen. Stop in and check it out! Tell them Robert Garner highly recommended them.

Coffee Flight
I have visited this place a couple of times, but only to-go. Both experiences were good ones. My boyfriend and I dined in for the first time today and got $50 worth of food. We sat and waited at the table, and noticed everyone else’s food was coming out. We waited some more, but 30 minutes went by and multiple people had come and sat after us at that point. My boyfriend asked them about our order and they acted confused like they weren’t sure about it. They asked me the name for the order, and then proceeded to say they didn’t see it. They ending up finding and it said it was placed under the wrong name. The manager said it would only be 5-8 minutes for the food and didn’t even bother to apologize for them clearly losing the order. The food came out about 10 minutes after that and my boyfriend’s food was really good. He got the Nashville chicken sandwich (not pictured sorry!) and it was a 10/10. I on the other hand got a crab cake BLT. Not only was the crab cake mush and not maryland-like at all, the bacon was turkey bacon which was not specified on the menu. I ended up splitting my boyfriend’s sandwich because it came with enough for 2, and we both got fries which were great as well. On the way out, one of the managers asked how the food was and asked us to leave a review… here’s the review.

Staff is so friendly and helpful and fast! I got my food in no time at all! The options of sweets they have are phenomenal! Fruit tarts, Oreo cake, baklava cheesecake, donuts, cookies, carrot cake, and a lot more. They have a whole coffee shop w tons of options similar to Starbucks! Their food is out of this world!! I got the burger and it was insane, side of French fries, side salad and slice of baklava cheesecake. It was about $35 for all of that. Worth every penny. Some of the best food my entire trip to Baltimore. Worth a stop especially considering Ellicot City is so dang cute especially during the holiday season ❄️ will definitely be back!

The cozy cafe lives up to its name, the cozy vibe is on point.
Tried chicken and beef burgers, huge fan of their beef ones!!!! Do ask for the daily fresh dessert, you won't be disappointed.
The best part, everything's halal! Will certainly come again.

I had found out about Cozy Cafe, Bakery & Bistro thru my Facebook foodie group and then saw all the reviews of the delicious food. So decided to order to go today since I was off. The food was ready when I got there and it was still warm when I got it home. The only reason for a 3 star rating is that i was very disappointed that I was given two blackened waffles with my chicken and waffles. The flavor of the waffles were good once you get past the burnt flavor. I just don't understand why someone would serve burnt waffles and not just remake them.

When I say simply delicious and they put their foot in the food!!!! It’s been a minute since I’ve found a place that makes turkey sandwich and crab dip as delicious as Cozy, Cafe, Bakery & Bistro made!!! That’s exactly what Chef Vinnie did!! This was our first time and won’t be the last!!! Omg, everything was on point from the time we entered the cafe until the time we left. Munir, Vinnie, and Brad were all friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the whole cafe from the desserts to the food. On top of the phenomenal food, parking was free, accessible, and convenient. These guys are amazing!

Stopped off with family for a quick lunch. All of our sandwiches were FANtastic. If you like chicken sandwiches, they have options (I had the Chicken Picante). If you like burgers, they have even more options. The fries were crispy and had a homemade seasoning that was lovely. 12/10 I will totally come back again to support them.

Fabulous little cafe in the heart of the town. From the outside it looks fairly small but, go through the door and it opens into a nice sized and spaced out cafe. Fabulous food with lots on offer and of course, the coffee is majestic. Place was clean and the facilities good. Staff really polite and helpful and a lovely owner all too willing to have a chat along with good prices. Winner winner all round for me and will certainly make a point of dropping by the next time I visit historic Ellicot.
