I reserved this several weeks in advance for a party of 6. They confirmed with me 48 hours ahead. When we arrived, the hostess looked befuddled. She said that the manager had told her to let us know that the wait time for food service was more than one hour. When we asked to speak to the manager, a woman appeared and told us that we should just leave, that they were experiencing "kitchen trouble", and we would be unlikely to get served at all, despite our reservation. While we were talking to her, at least 3 separate parties left their tables in disgust, having ordered but not been served after over an hour. What an incredibly unprofessional dump. This place will be closing soon for sure.
