This barbecue place has literally the best brisket in town. It’s juicy, it’s seasoned and tender. This place is the place to eat if you’re looking for some great barbecue! We booked Keith and Tanya for an outdoor hunting meetup. We'd never tried their food before but read great reviews and they were local to our venue. On a whim we called and can I just say they are awesome! They keep their word, show up rain or shine, with the smoker already rocking and rolling as they pull up. Keith added a surprise to our menu of Burnt Tips (Brisket) OMG it was Melt in your mouth delicious 😋 All of the food was delicious! Everyone was more than satisfied with the flavor and portions. I brought some brisket, chicken, and Mac to my Daughter who doesn't like bbq and she went to town on their food! To sum it up... The people are excellent, prices were affordable, and the food was off the charts good! 15/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I grab me two pulled pork sandwiches with slaw everytime I see the cool beans truck...love this dude and the food is awesome.....i had one sandwich last night and one for breakfast......BEST AROUND👍👍👍👍👍

Wow! If you like authentic Texas style BBQ, Cool Beans has what you’ve been looking for. The owners Keith and Tanya have a passion for sharing high quality, delicious bbq! I highly recommend the Brisket, Jambalaya, pulled pork and ribs. It’s all phenomenal. They have an impressive mobile pit that I will be looking for at future food truck events!!

Outstanding food Keith takes great pride and effort in his menu . I would recommend his food every day of the week and twice on Sundays . If you haven't tried his BBQ on food truck Tuesday you haven't had BBQ. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS FROM THE Ribs to the Chicken to the mouth watering Brisket. Wow, best pulled pork around. Great sauces. Mac n cheese was super creamy. Brisket baked beans were thick and flavorful. Big portions, reasonable price, and really fast service.

The BBQ is top notch! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at an event at the Palm Coast Arts Foundation, people were lined up at his food truck, the plate was delicious, he puts brisket in the baked beans and really puts a lot of care into his BBQ. Sir I wish I could remember your name when I met you that day but keep up the great work!

We had a large event planned for roughly 500 people. At the last minute the venue got changed and then had some additional challenges. They were so understanding and worked with us in every way. The ribs were off the chain!!! Highly recommend and was great having them.
