This place is disgusting - they don't clean or maintain anything during the day. The tables are all dirty, the forks/ spoons/ straws area has garbage all over it, the garbage cans are overflowing, and there's no carbonation in the soda machine. Yet... the place is pretty empty. The cashier keeps flirting with one of the cooks and they are inseparable. No time to clean, though. Five workers, no one in line, but they can't clean. This place was so good couple of years back and awesome food quality. Now since last few month I noticed during my few visits that rice was not cooked, beans were completely dried, rude customer service, no cleanliness.
