Excellent food and surroundings. Large portions and appearance. Service was ok, had to ask for the side order of fries and refills on the drinks while the restaurant was not that busy. Place was a mess. Tables had not been cleaned. Decided to set in the bar area. Hostess had to clean 1of 6 dirty tables for us to set. Bartender serving drinks and waiting tables. He was fine with all he had to handle. We had not been there in over a year do to same issues decided to give it another try. Wonder who manages this mess, seems like no one. We won’t be back! 2-2-24 Back in town. Had afternoon snacks before we all left town. The food was very good. 1-13-24 This was a nice place to eat. The food was quick. the server was very attentive. My son and I come here on a somewhat regular basis. Food was excellent. Our server was absolutely terrible. Then to top it off, because you pay at the table...our server charged us DOUBLE. Which I noticed before we left. The MOD Logan, did NOT come out to talk to us. ( very unprofessional) and the girl didn't know what she was explaining. I'll see if I see my 24.95 given back to me Nnnn NO I will not be filling out any forms, YOU the owner contact ME, very poor management Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The bartender did a wonderful job but the manager I think his name was Chris should probably get off of Grindr and do his job. A manager should be more focused on why my food came out late rather than asking to meet me in a room next door to hide from his wife. It made the overall experience extremely uncomfortable. Let's see... The server who didn't even have an apron for her job was completely lost on how to do her job. She even asked me for help on how she should do her job... I am not making this up... Then she double charged us for our meal... The manager on duty, Logan, couldn't be bothered to come out and speak with us... Umm I've worked for Chili's TWICE and served tables downtown, I've been in food service for half of my resume, and the fact he REFUSED to come to speak to us is downright APPALLING. What else are you there for than to do this??? Logan - get another profession since you apparently refuse to do your job at Chili's.
