We used to love this location but since the owner got rid of Pam our whole experience changed . In the summer so many visitors are going to be disappointed when they see she’s no longer here . We used to love seeing her , so friendly with adults and kids , always there just when you needed her They have definitely lost a great person an asset to this location . No line in the drive thru. Just before 8 am. Ordered three 4 piece chicken minis and a buttered biscuit. After they take your money have you pull up to wait. Never bring your food.... Have to go back in to get refund. Many others doing the same. Turns out they don't have any biscuits. Used to be a great place. Jamaicans only workers and it shows! Attitude and awful service! This by far has been the worse Chick-Fil-A we've been to. And we've been to many Chick-Fil-A's in various states. 1st time there, we never got greeted by the guy at the counter to take our order. I had to ask him if he was ready. He never acknowledged us. Not very friendly either. 2nd time we went it was like a circus. The girl wasn't friendly either. So many people behind the counter and seemed so unorganized and chaotic. Food was ok but we won't be visiting this location again. I think corporate Chick-Fil-A needs to retrain them on how to take care of customers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come to chick fil a ALL THE TIME and before stopping in tonight I had 2 separate issues in a row with my order being correct. Tonight Kadien fixed that, when I told her what happened she immediately reassured me that I would be receiving my original orders, this time the right way. She handled the situation very professional and after she took my order there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Kadien for fixing the mistakes and insuring that me that in the future if this happens again I can go directly to her and the problem will be solved.
