Came from out of town with a bus full of cheerleaders for a basketball game. Stopped here to eat. It was like a well oiled machine. Everyone was super friendly, and we received our orders quickly. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Outstanding crew! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sizes of sandwiches are tiny taste kind of bland too. Not bad but popeyes or wataburger is better 100%. Size 3/5 Taste 3/5 Price 4/5 Meh kinda food. If your basic & boring this is the place. Cookies are good for $1.29 ea Ice cream cone for $1 good too Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I paid for a salad with double spicy chicken and extra dressing. I got the wrong salad, no extra meat. No fork or dressing. Then they gave me the wrong receipt. I called to let them know they need to slow down and pay attention. I was put with the flu and I was not trying to go back. I had already made it home. I just don't understand how they ask me to pull up and wait for my order and they still give me the wrong order. This use to be the best place ever!!!!!!!!! It’s not about the customers anymore or being Christian these new managers do not have customer etiquette. They’re only about manipulating the system for SOS if a customer comes through drive thru and the foods already paid for do not try to pull me up walking my food down the side walk !!!!!!!! Then when I express nicely how I feel about it you decide to treat me as if I don’t hear you by saying just change my bag !!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!! Do better. Now I always tell the truth when I do this and yeah I don’t like to do this but in this case y’all earned it . Now my wife whom adores your place and let me be clear; she does … not me . We’ll she and I went there last week and this was after we just left one of your competitors KFC because I like their chicken and she came to your establishment because she usually gets us a side salad from you and your chicken nuggets . Well last week someone forgot her chicken nuggets which I was to come back and get but being the passive person she is she just called and said she’d get them the next time she came and low and behold here it is that I sent her for chicken and she if course visited your location to get her side salad which of course you messed her order and tried to give her the big one and when she called 1st to make sure you all knew she was coming and this time again y’all forgot to give her her missing food ??? The food is always pristine and delicious. I have never once had issues with this places food. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked fast. The service is unreal. Everyone is so congenial and uplifting. I haven't once walked in and walked out feeling bad. The service has always been stellar. Awesome experience !!! Must have been greeted by 5+ people as soon as we walked in !! Customer service was at its best !! Food was delivered quickly and tasted fresh !! Several employees came and asked if we needed any help or needed anything !! Was very pleased with the level of service here !! Highly recommended!! The food is good, they have some delicious fresh salads. Burgers are good too just not as healthy. The service is great, they have a lot of employees so even if there are a lot of costumers, there is almost no wait time. The place is clean and has a kids area where they can play and have a good time while the parents eat. Update.... Now they have a system where you can call for service or order right from your table, and even if you wish to speak to the manager you can call them to your table too.
