We came to the place based on high-rating but were scare to order and eat there based on ugly place appearance. Perhaps, food might be OK but we did not want to take acrisk. Eventually, we ended up in a similar cheap Chinese fast food a few blocks away that was not a fancy restaurant by all means either but looked more trustful. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Easily one of the best Chinese food in the Lebanon PA area. My family and I tried them for the first time yesterday after a recommendation from a friend. For my husband and I's food, I requested that it was made spicy and what we got was excellent- nothing too extremely hot but a really nice flavor with a good level of heat. No other place we've tried has matched that. We will definitely be ordering from them again! :) Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Passing by, place looks underwhelming, and I had no internet but tried anyhow. I want disappointed! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, knowing what's in each, and explaining tastes. Felt a little long for a wait, but may be from no internet. Good was great quality and a generous amount. Further, they put their food in PP5 containers. This can make it smell weird if you're not used to it, but we're just used to other plastic smells. PP5 is probably the safest plastic to eat from. A little bit of effort to stay away from chemicals goes an long way, and I'm happy they went the extra mile with this, while many wouldn't even notice! This is the best Chinese food in Lebanon. We’ve tried others and wasted our money. We only go to Chen’s House now. They also had our order ready in less than 10 minutes which was amazing! My order was ready when requested. The crab rangoon was wonderful, as was the hot and sour soup and the sesame chicken. Very pleased – don’t be fooled by the rather sketchy-looking exterior. The building is quite old … I recall it being a chicken restaurant when I was small, in the 60s.

If there were 1/2 stars I'd go 3 1/2 ... alas, they score four. Their tofu is always done right. Fresh, springy, delicious. But what I love is the price. For some reason, this is one of the least expensive chinese places I've encountered. I can't speak their meat dishes but my mother, the rabid carnivore said unintelligible positive things while tearing through a roast pork dish. I guess she liked it too. Don't come here for atmosphere. It has none. The take out is where it's at. Also - $10 minimum for credit cards. And they're not flexible about that. Bah

So delicious. Delivery is so fast as well. Eat in is pleasant and quiet. Food quality is top notch. I can't believe they have sushi and it is GREAT. Don't let the outside fool you, this is the best Chinese food in Lebanon county, hands down. Probably as good as the best in Central PA.
