This bar offers you great dishes of Italian cuisine. The truth is that you will really like good lobster bisque, oxtail and swordfish. That's a nice idea to order tasty waffles, bread pudding and chocolate cakes. The wine list is extensive, every guest can find something that satisfies their taste. Coffee that you will order is delicious. The cute staff reflects the style and character of Chef Point Bar & Restaurant. You will pay fair prices for dishes. This place is rated on Google 4.3 by its clients.

Just posting my review that I left on Yelp here.... One of the more memorable dining experiences we've had and not for good reasons. Everything started out well and we were seated, received our drinks and ordered shortly after. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. And we weren't the only table waiting apparently. Our waitress was pretty absent during this part and for the most part after we received our food. About 50 minutes after taking our order, our appetizer showed up. It would have been great if we had small dishes to serve the appetizer to each person at the table. Once the waiter returned with small dishes, our entrees came literally at the same time. Everyone was glad that we could finally eat after waiting almost an hour. But that sense of joy went down the drain when we realized our food was cold. The only two dishes that came out hot were the last two that came out five minutes later like they had forgotten about them. It was pretty obvious that our food had been sitting for a while. Overall, not a great experience here and won't be returning. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I remember going to the OG location when it was attached the the gas station growing up…wow it was so great to see how far Chef Point has come! Great location, staff is friendly, and food came out perfect! Pasta tastes just how I remember it! Right off the highway so very easy location to get to. Stop in here if you’d like a nice bite to eat! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We come here a few times a year and always love the food. The mahi mahi, ox tail and bread pudding today was outstanding. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had the watermelon jalapeño margarita and they were delicious! Highly recommend and it’s so refreshing. The fried green tomatoes are a must. You have to get them. They were the best fried green tomatoes that I have ever eaten. The stuffed chicken was amazing and beautifully put together. We really enjoyed the seasoned veggies although we ordered the mashed potatoes. The stuffed poblano was also delicious and there were none to take for leftovers. The smoked Salmon was definitely the show stopper. The flavor was amazing. It did have a kick and made us question what the spice was but I love spicy so it was great. The Better than Sex Fried chicken was such a disappointment. Took the whole meal to go. It was very dry and the presentation was underwhelming. I expected more for that price. After a few minutes we were brought so sauce on the side so guess that was left out of the chicken. The desserts were also a disappointment. As you can see from the picture the ice cream is not melting on top so the brownie is not hot. The other desserts appeared perfectly shaped as if they came right out of a box. Fabulous experience! The food was wonderful. The service was very friendly and engaging. The atmosphere is clean, bright and pleasant. My wife tried the "BLODDY BEST" .... a bloody mary creation that is drink and meal all in one and was enough for her to need a togo box. My French cut Pork Chop was incredible. The only complaint would be my wife found the chairs to be uncomfortable. The chairs are metal frame with leather sling type seat. But all of their seating is either a booth or half booth/half table set up. So she was able to trade positions to sit on the booth bench and found it more comfortable. Nestled in Colleyville, Chef Point is a culinary gem that effortlessly bridges the realms of gourmet elegance with comforting diner classics. A testament to its culinary brilliance, Chef Point has been proudly showcased on the beloved television series "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives." Their drink offerings are a testament to creativity and indulgence. The Bomb-Pop Margarita, a Memorial Day special, captures the essence of a summer fête, with its signature frozen margarita gracefully layered with Blue Curacao and Strawberry puree, all proudly crowned with a nostalgic Bomb-Pop. In a league of its own is the Bloody Best - a multi-layered Bloody Mary that's not just a drink, but an experience. It boasts the renowned “Better Than Sex” Fried Chicken Tenders, a juicy Nolan Ryan burger slider, crispy waffle fries, grilled shrimp, and an array of garnishes from jalapeno pepper to bacon. A drink, a meal, a revelation. Diving into the starters, the "What Nots" promise a burst of flavors. A southern nod, the Fried Green Tomatoes bring together green tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, all harmoniously drizzled with pesto and Texas honey, then garnished with vibrant microgreens and roasted red pepper. The entrées are a crescendo of culinary art. The Stuffed Poblano is a masterpiece: a roasted poblano pepper generously packed with a mix of baby shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, enhanced by the zest of pepper jack cheese. Drizzled with an opulent Asiago cheese sauce and adorned with fresh onions and tomatoes, it's a dish that's harmoniously paired with fragrant coconut rice. I had a really delicious, quiet lunch here. The bloody mary was seasoned and generously decked out w.bacon. the escargot app was awesome and the lobster bisque was noteworthy. I recommend the pork chop as the mushroom sauce it comes with was superb. Super friendly wait staff. Im glad my friends showed me this spot and I would definitely come back to try some of their other dishes. Wow. This restaurant sets a different standard for dining out. The bar has been reset. The service was prompt and professional (we even met the owner and head chef). Our server Lance was so helpful and quick. They had a special Mother's Day menu (just select items from the usual menu). The food and drinks were so tasty and great for the value. We got the Bloody Best, and that Nolan Ryan slider, fried chicken, shrimp, and bacon complimented the drink so well. Also tried the Breakfast Shot garnished with bacon which was a fine way to kickstart the meal. Ordered their Stuffed Poblano and Scallops and Risotto and the taste was amazing. Even better, our total wasn't close to what we anticipated considering the impressice reputation. I've been to the recently closed Chef Point and it was much less in terms of atmosphere and taste of food. Really enjoyed this experience and will be back again.
