Met Cathy last year at the Clovis Farmers Market and have returned most Fridays to pick up whatever she’s cooking. Cathy bakes some of the most delicious treats I’ve ever tried. All of the treats she makes are a reflection of her and her culture and it comes through in the unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else in town! My recommendation to everyone: come down to the market on a Friday night or Saturday morning, get some baked goods from Cathy, and tell her Brandon sent you!
