Based on a recommendation we went for dinner, and were so glad we did! It was a quieter weeknight and the service was excellent - both owner and waitress were very friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. Service was timely and complete throughout our time here. We had the coconut arepas starter of 6 very good little pastry type bites with a dipping sauce. The owner suggested that they are also very good with coffee in the morning, which I could easily imagine. I had grouper with Creole sauce, and root mash - both were very good and fresh, and there was enough that I couldn't eat it all. My husband had the fried pork which was so different and just delicious; it didn't look like a lot but he was stuffed and shared his last two pieces with me. Yum! I ordered a flan to take home, but haven't tried it yet. (I'll bet that it will also be very good.) I also had a most excellant Mojito. Everything was very reasonably priced and the atmosphere was quite nice as well. We would definitely return.

Camarones Al Ajillo
Three of us had a wonderful dinner here. The owner and waiter were super friendly. It's on a semi-busy road in Isabell II, so there was some good people and horse watching. I had the ceviche with arroz/habichuelas, which was delicious. Really good ceviche. My husband had the burger, which he said was great, and a side of malanga, which was new for us, and such a lovely flavor with a creamy texture. Our friend had the pulpo salad, and really liked it. The fried cheese and ice cream dessert was a treat. We'll make a point to go back next time we visit!

Great food in a comfortable, cool space. Service was professional and friendly. I ate the chuleta and tostones, which I loved. My partner had the churasco, which I'd highly recommend as well. Buen provecho!

Was really excited to eat here… Our night ended with the owner, drunk, yelling at us over a $5.00 mistake on their behalf. I do not recommend eating here as it is a hostile environment created by the owner.

Arrived on time for our reservation, 8:00pm. No table available. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes. No drinks. You finally sit down. Another 10 minutes before anyone comes over.
After half an hour waiting, our entire party of 5 puts in their drink orders and food order at the same time.
Waited an ungodly amount of time to get our drinks, even just a can of soda from the fridge. While this is happening, the wait staff is now making drinks and attending a larger party that came in after us. We get our drinks after them.
Food finally comes. But only half. We ask for salt and pepper, none is ever brought to the table. The kitchen messes up the side order. Waiter fails to mention it until we began eating, as we were starting and now going on an hour. It was like pulling teeth asking for anything from anyone here.
Other half of food for the party is missing their food. It finally comes after asking and asking. They kitchen hadn’t fixed the side order. Waiter finally apologized for the food. We finish and notice we were double charged for the side order that was a mistake on the kitchen and servers behalf.
Immediately after bringing this issue to our servers attention, they run outside to the owner. He rushed in bombards us with an aggressive and unprofessional attitude and manner.
In a professional dining establishment, a manager or owner would discuss the situation and seek for a resolution. Simple as that. The kitchen and staff were at fault for the extra order.
However the owner proceeded to give us his alcohol fueled monologue about his life, his vast knowledge in many areas such as real estate, and then proceed to let us know he had “been watching” us since we arrived and “was ready for this moment”. Ego ego, ego.
To the owner: A bad tree does not bear good fruit.

The worst dining experience ever. Staff was rude and inattentive. Took for ever to get anything, the worst service on the island. 25 minutes to get drinks (even a can of coke) and an hour to get the food. They tried to double charge on a dish. The owner tried to explain himself and ended up screaming at us about his experience and how he did it on purpose.
Stay away and look for the much better options in the island.
