A week ago

Went to this location for lunch. I placed my order, then asked for senior discount. I was told senior discount was not working. You have to be extremely mentally challenged not to be able to subtract 10%, so I cancelled my order and went across the street to Jack in the Box. If they couldn't figure out a 10% discount, how could I trust them to prepare my hamburger and fries? I've never had this problem at any other Carl's Jr. I won't be back since they obviously don't want senior citizen business. Service: 1

The diet coke was all water. Asked and they said out of diet. Got regular and it is terrible too. Even though they were told diet was watery they did not put up a sign. Next customer came in and same problem . Hen another man came in complained about regular coke. Employees don't care.
