My experience today was absolutely horrible. My family was having a small bday dinner for a relative. The first issue was how we being watched and followed around like we were going to steal something. The servers stood over our table eyeballing us and stopping everyone as they went to get food which wasn’t worth it at all. There was no seafood just the supposed soul food. The people who were eating were the only ones who paid but those that were not eating were escorted out of the bday dinner like common criminals. When confronted about why they did this they had no knowledge of what we were talking about. I’ve never felt so profiled in my life. This place will never get my money again! Service was sorry. I had seated myself, washed my hands, went and got me something to eat, and completed my meal before a waitress came and asked for my receipt, didn't ask if I needed anything to drink, or if I wanted anything. They weren't standing around talking,going outside, on their cellphone before I was even acknowledged. Came back in. I saw nobody wash their hands. The food was okay, not bad even however there was MORE soul food than seafood available today. I was looking forward to popping some crab legs 🥴 Nevertheless I did try the personalized seafood boil option and found the options to be mediocre. The picture of what I selected is what you'll see. My family took me here for my birthday and I've never tried them before. The food is so fresh and delicious, also the restaurant is clean!!! You can find your favorite type of food whether it's Southern, Chinese, or Mexican here.
