We cannot thank Nui and her staff enough for the seamless experience we had planning and carrying out our special event. Highly recommend using this space for your private party!! Beautiful patisserie, a bit out of the way but that adds to the charm. Great coffee. Amazing selection of cakes, pastries, muffins and croissants. We didn’t try lunch but we will be back for that. On a nice day there’s some nice outdoor seating options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Before getting to the negative part, the food/drinks here are very good, especially the desserts which are fantastic. However, there are issues with the ordering/communication process that have make visiting here kind of unpleasant. I went to pick up a to-go order and stood next to to the counter for maybe 15-20 minutes waiting. I checked on the status a couple times and was always told “we’re working on it”. Finally I asked again and it turns out the order had been sitting on a different counter the whole time. No communication between the customer, the prep cooks and the front staff. I understand they’re mostly younger people, but the prices are pretty high (and I even left a tip for a to-go order). A similar situation happened the first time I went also. The outdoor eating area is basically a wet muddy field. It’s a shame because this place has lots of potential and the quality is good. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
