Good customer service. However it took almost 30 minutes to get my food ordering inside. Some workers are on their phones. The only person handing out dine in orders is the cashier. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

We went to Burger Kings in Rio Grande, PR. We used the drive through. Line was long. Took approximately 1/2hr to be able to order our food. The order taker spoke so fast, I’m PR. I could barely understand her. I ordered Premium Fish Sandwich, Sprite with no ice and Onion Rings 🧅 I didn’t get ketchup or even Onion Ring Sauce- Manager stated this is Puerto Rico and it cost extra for all condiments. To my understanding Burger King is a franchise and they all serve the same thing and charge for the same things. Never heard of paying for any condiments back in the US unless we asked/ordered extra condiments. I guess it’s how the Manager delivered the message. This was my first and will be my last Burger 👑 Kings I will eat living in Puerto Rico.

Staff needs to improve with their customer service skills. They started charging for the Condiments And the tone and demeanor towards the customers is totally unacceptable. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

This is our favorite fast food operation here in Rio. They are fast, efficient, extremely polite and always have these little booklets to save you money..... Like all fast foods here on the island, they always have something creole on the menu just to remind you that P. R. does it better...

Visiting from GA. We loved it. Everything clean and fresh. Great service and so friendly. Loved our chicken international combo. The fries were fresh and crispy?😍😛

I visited the restaurant at 2am. Although it was clean and not much clients at all, customer service was slow and the attendant lack of training.

Download the app specific to Puerto Rico for coupons. The discounts there are considerable given the already low prices for this place on the island. Even if you dont have someone to share your buy one get one free deal with, its easy to find some one who is needing to eat, on the streets of Puerto Rico.

I wish they had the zesty sauce for the onion rings like they do it the states. Tastes the same as any Burger King. I love the family meals I can feed all 5 of us for $17.
