Went through the drive thru and ordered two double whopper meals and 2 Hershey pies. Drove all the way home and noticed they didn’t give us the pies. Called and spoke to some rude woman claiming to be the manager. I explained the situation and that by the time I drive back to the BK and back home my food was going to be cold. She said that she could offer two new whoppers, I told her I didn’t order whoppers but two double whoppers. By this time I was already in my car driving back. She argued with me going back and forth on that since I already have two double whoppers she could only offer two regular whoppers unless I bring the whole order back. I guess that extra patty was just too much for her. So if I ordered two whoppers would she have then offered me two JR whoppers? I brought the whole order back and asked for a refund instead and she just took the entire order and threw it into the garbage. That’s where her career is headed if things don’t change.
