Very disappointed this time with my order. My wings barely had any sauce, seemed more like a dry rub than saucy.

Awful. Safe yourself the trip! My partner and I just went to this location. First off the server was very dismissive of us. It took 10 minutes to get our drink order taken. After waiting she brought back only one drink, a water, with a dead FRUIT FLY in it. FOUL! Then she didn’t come back. Had to get a different employee to show him the fly and then left. Horrific experience. Do not waste your time. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Just looking for more consistency. One visit the food is cold, next visit it's hot but the order is wrong. Service at the ypsi one is always heartbreaking. Wings and beer should be a slam dunk, and always a good time, but usually the bartender cares more about being on stage and chatting with friends than getting food and drinks to everyone equally. Just looking for a professional greeting and solid service with hot and accurate food. I'd visit more frequently. Also, when trying to get takeout on the way home, you are not permitted to place an order over the phone, you must be in person, which defeats the time-saving advantage of getting takeout if you have to stand there while they make your food and you aren't at home with your family. They say to only use the app, which I'm good with, but 75% the app doesn't work, which they acknowledge but then don't let you place an order regardless. I'm not sure of the reason to turn down the business. Maybe it would sting less if I understood it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I've spent hundreds of dollars here, maybe even over a thousand. With that being said, I won't return. Not even to redeem my $50 "food credit" They sell old chicken/fries that are cold, hard, and inedible... like they were reheated in a microwave after sitting for 4 hours. When you call to complain, they treat you like a problem and act like you're wasting their time. No compassion or empathy displayed. The general manager "Tim" is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about customers. As soon as he got on the phone, he started talking over me, clearly reciting a script he uses often. He said he was done with me because he felt "insulted" after I told him I don't trust them to remake my food. I was also told "I'm so busy and have other things to worry about" After talking with "Tim", I now understand why my food was in the condition it was. It should have never been served in the first place. Do better. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my friend always go to this one!! The food is amazing and fresh, the wings always have me coming back. The customer service is great, our waiter Nolan is absolutely amazing. Helpful. Welcoming and goes above and beyond. The one on board walk couldn’t compare. I will definitely continue going here! Normally I enjoy BW3s. I’ve been coming here for years, since I was a child. I know what I like, and I know what to expect and they rarely if ever let me down. It’s amazing though how one poor experience can totally ruin it. My family and I visited the location off of James L Hart Parkway in Ypsilanti township. My wife, who is a vegetarian, ordered cauliflower wings as she usually does. Her wings came with very little sauce. An unusually little amount of sauce, as if they had barely even attempted to coat them. At first it wasn’t a big deal. We told the waitress and she said the Kitchen would remake them, no problem. They left her with the original order at the table for her to munch on while her new order was being prepared. That made sense considering the rest of us all had our food and were eating. Suddenly the waitress came out and said that she needed to take the original order back to the kitchen. My wife protested saying that it wasn’t her fault that the order wasn’t made correctly and that it wasn’t fair for her to have to sit hungry while everyone else was eating. Next, the manager came out and said the same thing, that they had to take the order back to the kitchen because they were remaking her order. At this point I got involved and I told the manager to leave her alone and stop harassing her about giving back food that they messed up. The manager begrudgingly walked away, mumbling under his breath that he was going to tell the kitchen to only remake “half the order,” because we refused to give back the poorly made first order. At that point, we told our waitress to forget about the whole thing and that we didn’t want them anymore. As we requested, they did not bring out a new order of cauliflower wings to my wife, but they did proceed to charge us for them even though they were not made correctly. We’re not usually ones to complain in restaurants, but the childish nature of the manager was totally uncalled for. Our waitress was clearly not the one making the decisions but rather doing what she had been told to do, which seemed totally unnecessary and disrespectful. Had my wife ordered something that she just simply didn’t like, that would been a completely different story, but the fact that her order was made incorrectly, and she was put in the awkward position was not right. The right thing to do would’ve been to leave the incorrect order on the table and remake the order correctly. Not leave the order on the table for a few minutes, and then later demand we give it back, making the whole experience awkward and tense and overall ruining a nice afternoon. They had been training someone. This was a little different. But nevertheless had a great meal with family. I hope to be back and have that somewhat same experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Older people or a person who is driving can't place an online order. So if you answer the f#@!%g phone just take the order. I been driving for 4 hours. I just want to pick my food and go home. Also I can't believe they charge me $7 for 7 onion rings. I love BWW but not this one ( 216 James Hart Pkwy. Ypsilanti) Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1
When we Food was deliciousOur service was awesome as well as our server. We came in for carryout. We ordered the traditional and boneless wing combo, 2 orders of fried pickles very good. It was kinda quiet for an early Saturday afternoon while we were there.
