The server Addie was a wonderful waitress, under pressure she handled it well. And there was an extremely rude 12 top before us and I think she did great. She deserves a raise and some paid time off.

Chicken Wings
I am not one to typically write a review; however I feel like the only way you can improve is by getting some feedback. We have given BWW here in Gillette multiple opportunities. Unfortunately; the service was consistently unpleasant. Staff not being aware of needs, or the is environment around them. For one examples: We sat close to where servers congregate and what I am assuming was the shift lead was very degrading to the other servers. She even called them stupid; I understand the frustration when others cannot perform well, but that was not showing characteristics of a good leader.
Our orders were always incorrect too. Online and dining in.
I do want to say though, that the food has always tasted great! And the servers have always been nice.
I would suggest some more training. Not just your servers and bussing personnel but your leadership positions.
I know it is possible to improve because most of Gillette has great service.

Ginger and Camille were amazing. Camille was very attentive. She filled our sodas when they were not even empty. She got our food to us as soon as it was ready. Thank you ladies!

Fried Pickles
This place has really gone downhill, there’s always an alleged miscommunication with the app, yet the last couple times they didn’t even ask for our member phone number. We waited 20 minutes to get acknowledged, our section server was more worried about bussing tables of people that weren’t there anymore. We finally flagged someone down, we had to ask for silverware and our “new server” didn’t bring us anything, it was someone from the bar side. We come here once a week and it’s just getting worse and worse 10/10 do not recommend. The bundle was suppose to come with 20 bone in and 20 boneless with fries for 42.99, it was a dollar more and we didn’t get any fries.

Will never go back. 15 minutes before I had to go to the hostess and ask who our waitress was so we could get drinks. Took our order then they brought out food piecemeal… so one person got their food then 5 min later the next then 5 min after that the next. After 30 minutes and my party being done eating I told them to cancel my burger that I never got and left. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Went here for lunch and it was okay. Coffee machine "broken" couldn't even get a coffee. Its sad when a place caters to alcohol drinkers and not everyday patrons that just want coffee. If a coffee machine breaks down, in a restaurant, how hard is it to get that replaced? To me, it says a lot about who they want there and I wasn't overly impressed, would not return.

Waitresses need to be trained better. too many drunks. The food was greasy. They make hamburgers look bigger by putting hole in them. They take the time to put a no pickle sticker on your plate but don’t take the time not to leave them off. My overall experience of this places will never go back, and I suggest nobody else does either.

Absolutely fantastic service from Hope. She stopped what she was doing to help me. I've recently moved to Gillette and have never been to Buffalo wild wings, anywhere. I had a long 15 hour shift and she made my day by providing excellent service and being so friendly. Gave me a run down on the menu and my options. She got me my drink and brought out my to-go order rapidly. I did get a little more then what I thought I had ordered. But that's perfectly okay cause now I have lunch for a few days. I will gladly return in the future. Thank you, Hope.

Traditional Wings
The food and atmosphere were typical Buffalo Wild Wings fare. Nothing remarkable, but adequate. We had very attentive and helpful service from our waitress Ayla, who while she seemed to be relatively new to waiting tables, made sure our order was handled promptly and efficiently with friendly and polite service. She seemed like a genuine bright spark and a real asset to an otherwise fairly uninspiring restaurant
