It's a sports restaurant. Lots of TV sets and lots of people talking. It does take a little longer and I've had a few minor problems. But food is good. Tacos aren't as big as I thought. We were seated right away, but it took forever for someone to take our drink order. When they finally came over, they said they could take our entire order at that time. Asked if we wanted an appetizer, and we ordered one at the same time we ordered our food. The appetizer never came, which was annoying, but we decided we would just have them take it off of the check. When they brought our food, my husband’s order was wrong. We asked them to take the appetizer off of our bill, and the girl said she would and apologized. He was going to eat the wings they brought him even though they weren’t what he asked for, but they were cold and rubbery like they’d been sitting in the window for quite some time. Mine were also cold. My son had chicken strips and they were good, which is the only reason I gave them two stars. Very disappointed! My husband asked to have his food taken off the bill and they did that for us. But sadly he had to go back to work without lunch, and we spent two hours there. Worst experience ever. We come every year on Thanksgiving weekend, have the last 4 years now. Worst service ever. Our waitress had the whole floor & had to help cook in the back. She did great. However the bartenders wouldn’t bring us our drinks, refused for us to grab them. The other server would not help, she was sassy when I asked for something when our waitress had to help in the kitchen. We saw several people come out the kitchen in regular clothes, laughing giggling and would sit on their phones and not help our waitress. The 2 managers never checked on us, never came over to our table. The two managers (at least I think, wearing nicer polo shirts) sat in the corner the whole time and ate food and was on their phone. We were there for over 3 hours. The bartenders were rude to me & decided to sit and eat instead of making our drinks and noticed she was being hateful to the server. I very much appreciate the service we could get from our busy waitress. This place needs new management, better employees, and a new attitude! We made sure to tip our waitress good. If I could give service a zero I would. My schools fccla had a conference today and we called in advance to make sure our party would be able to be seated. They said we would be able to be seated and we were seated when we got here. However there were two adults seated behind us that got there after us. By the time our waiter Garrin (brown curly hair with a tattoo of Isaiah 2:40 on his wrist) had taken our drink order the two men behind us had their drinks, appetizers, and entrees. We were meant to be back at the school by 3:00 but we will not be able to due to this. In fact we had to take our food to go so that we could make it back to the school before the busses left. After being there for two and a half hours we finally got our food and it was cold. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. If you are coming here with a party over five I'd suggest finding somewhere else because they will prioritize everyone else. Been a while and first time at this location. Wait staff was great, but both drinks (beer) and food was surprisingly slow coming out. Food was good and hot however. Waitress, I guess forgot she had a table of 6. After an hour on waiting for our food, I had to call the restaurant from our table to try and get someone and the manager to our table. Once we did get our food, one dish was completely cold, the naked chicken tenders were like rubber, and my daughters boneless wings had sauce on them and were sitting under a heat lamp for so long the sauce was basted on to the chicken. We had a table of 4 and we waited over 30 minutes to have our food served to us. When I started to eat my wings , they were cold! Disgusted is a very mild feeling I had. Waitress was fine . One table of 4 gals, 2 people at the bar when we arrived, waitress wasn’t paying attention when we were ordering and stood there and stared at us, I had to repeat questions or comment a minimum of twice to get a response. 3 more tables came in after we’d been waiting a while, after an hour of waiting the waitress finally told us there is only one cook in the kitchen and then an hour ten minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich. The fries were fridge level cold, both sandwiches weren’t even like warm, which is humerus considering how dry and leather like the chicken was because it was so over cooked. When I mentioned it to the waitress and showed her, she kind of shrugged and said “we can cook it again.” Honestly I wasn’t sure if she was being rude and meaning to cook that chicken more or recook a different sandwich, but I couldn’t wait over an hour again for another sandwich and just told her no thank you just remove it. Bill came (after we waited 15 minutes and had to ask twice for it) and the sandwich that had barely been touched was still being charged and she didn’t care and couldn’t be bothered. Save yourself money and trouble, go elsewhere… anywhere else, even Taco Bell. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Service was really good. At first I wasn't sure about the waitress but I could tell she was a bit nervous. She did a good job keeping up with our drinks. The burger I had was so good.
