Came in to pick up an online order, Sam the manager and Krissy did an awesome just making sure my order was ready to go. Pickup time was 7:10 picked up order at 7:15 talk about being on time 😊. Their customer service was GREAT and even though it’s been a while since I came to this location I’m going to make sure I visit more often. Thank you for making sure I left welcomed and left happy. Service here is just terrible. These employees have NO customer service at all, it’s ghetto, employees stand there on their phone and don’t even come check on their table, had to flag them down several time which is ridiculous!!! My first order was the all American cheese burger, they forgot my husband’s mozzarella sticks, so he waited on that, hair was in my food, i had to send my order back and asked them to just give me a order of mozzarella sticks and fries. Sat there for over 30mins, order never came, no one checked in. Now IM irritated, so we just asked for our check so we can go. I went to White Castle’s and got some cheese stick and it took way less time. Honestly, someone from corporate needs to visit this place and visit often to see how it’s ran, put the employees through a customer service training. I ordered paid for delivery and BWW forgot to give them my ultimate nacho! I had to pick it up and the supervisor said she made it herself I got home I minus well just got a bag of nacho chips because the trimmings were real light!
