I hardly go on to share my bad experiences to not hurt the business. Buffalo Wild Wings had been my favorite place but their quality of food is so disappointing now. We ordered wings and got popcorn size wings and then there wasn’t enough sauce. They were dry and rock hard. Not going back here again. Very disappointed. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my family! The service was okay, but when I asked for a chicken wrap with plain ranch, they gave me the spicy buffalo ranch! It was so spicy, I downed my drink and had to take my brother in laws water to get the spice to go away! The waiter was super nice to bring me what I ordered, but I didn’t feel so good after I ate the wrap! I’ve gotten food poisoning from two restaurants this week! I’m a little disappointed! Went to this establishment with 4 of my colleagues (we are here in the Salt Lake area on a business trip). 3 of us ordered wings. 2 of us ordered a burger. Food was good except for the fries were obviously not fresh. A couple of us ordered beer and 1 person ordered a margarita. Drinks were good. The server was great. I proceeded to pay the bill and we were content with the overall experience. I went ahead and stood up to leave and my colleagues followed. As I got outside, I noticed that 1 of my colleagues was still in the restaurant; I assumed he had gone to the bathroom so we waited. When he appeared he looked upset, but he didn't explain what happened until we left. Apparently, as he stood up to follow the rest of us out, a female (server or member of management) put her hand on his arm to stop him and she sternly asked him why we were leaving without paying. The place was loud and he was caught by surprise. He asked her to repeat what she said while she still continued to push back on his arm. she asked again, more sternly why we were leaving without paying. This time, my colleague heard her and he told her we did pay and the signed receipt was on the table. She said sorry and removed her hand from his arm. Yes, she said sorry. But, why accuse us of not paying if you aren't our server and you don't know what is going on? And why be so aggressive as to put your hands on someone without knowing what you are talking about? We had Max as our server and he was absolutely amazing! Best server ever and was extremely professional and on top of it. The football games weren't the only things on that day, Max was on top of his game big time! I recommend the guy for a raise and will definitely return again because of his service! This applies for every bdubs I’ve gone to: Traditional Tuesdays and Boneless Thursdays are totally worth your money. Wings well-coated w/many great flavors to choose from. Good celery, carrots, and ranch.

The mixed drinks are made beautifully and tastes very good. The balance of taste is amazing for the drinks. The food was amazing! The burgers tasted so darn good I wish I had a bigger stomach. It was absolutely delicious. The cheese curds were amazing as well. The bartender was kind and very attentive. Thank you everyone for this amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place. I decided to try out Buffalo Wild Wings again, it's been 5 or so years since I've last been (Wing Stop and Charlie's Chicken are my go to wing places currently). Food order was fairly expensive for 2 people ($50), I also had a 45 minute wait for an online order?! Fry wings, dump on sauce...why so long? It wasn't a busy day either. I picked up the order on time it was cold, dry, and bland. The fries were rock hard and cold as well. The dry seasoning wing's flavor was non existent, and one of our wing batches came with "popcorn chicken wings" instead of the full sized options. I instantly remembered why I don't go to this place anymore. The food is expensive, bland, and has no flavor. Wait times are too long, especially if you are sitting in the restaurant. I suggest going to Wing Stop and get actual flavor and more wings for your money. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

If you’re going to pride yourselves in being somewhere people can come to watch football games then you should unlock your doors a few minutes before 11 so we all don’t miss kick off, which is what happened today. On another note, my desert heat wings had maybe 3 grains of seasoning on them. I also ordered 4 sets of wings but only got 3 ranches, so one of us didn’t get any dipping sauce. Pretty disappointed.
