Went through drive up and asked for no jalapeño on burger twice. The gentleman confirmed order. Paid, came home and there were jalapeños on the burger..gross...otherwise Braums is usually good. Food was as per usual, service was slow, however the store walls, ceiling, and all vents were FILTHY! They were all filled with dust, dirt, and lint, which fell onto the customers sitting or standing under or near them! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
