This is my FAVORITE place! As a stay at home Mom these teas are my lifeline some days! Haha. They are absolutely delicious and a great pick me up without the drop hours later life most caffeinated drinks. Brandy is absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately this is just another herbalife gimmick. It's obvious the quality of this place has dropped drastically over the years as the service and products are mediocre at best. The shakes I have received are watered down with zero flavor, and the teas are just powder and water. Do your research on the herbalife pyramid scheme before you support things like this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was looking for a place that sells fruit smoothies and discovered the only place in Bowie, TX that currently does and have been for 2 years apparently. Although I was looking for a fruit smoothie, I ended up choosing the Oreo protein shake which consist of low calorie/carb ingredients such as ice, soy protein, water, few Oreos and chocolate syrup. Best drinks in town....fast friendly service with a smile. These drinks have helped me kick my sweet tea addiction. I highly recommend giving Bowie Nutrition a try. Best part is....it’s family owned and operated.

I'll never be back, everytime I want a drink they done changed their hours again after driving over here. If you want a drink, just call the number before taking the time to drive here cause it may be closed. Don't go by the hours on here or on the store sign, they'll more than likely change. Smh, bad business ethic.
