Ordered takeout for a couple of entrees, and although the food my wife and I got was good, they forgot one of the main entrees. Even ordered the entrees a couple hours ahead of time since it was valentines. They forgot one of my entrees, and when I called back their system was down, so I 1) didn’t get the entree and 2) won’t get refunded until 3-10 days later. Kind of ruined the valentines date night for me, and I’m out 30 bucks for a meal I never got for possibly almost two weeks. I know it’s busy on this holiday, but dang man that’s an extremely tough customer experience and I came away very disappointed. Pictures of the parts I did get included. Our server, Chase, was phenomenal. We were lucky enough to grab a table from open seating during a 2 hour wait, and we wanted for nothing. The food came extremely quickly, it was very delicious, and Chase was very prompt and cordial taking our orders, filling our waters, and taking a special request. We really enjoyed our dinner at Bonefish in Regency! The service was great, the drinks were festive and each dish was on point. We started with the crab cakes, which was an excellent choice. I forgot my birthday card. I called back. And it was not there. Why didn’t someone put it at the desk. For the customer to come back and get? Just threw it away. It had my families names on it too. 😢 I save my cards. My daughter and son in law brought me there for my birthday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
