I and my friend ordered to go, and I saw there’s a hair in her bowl, which doesn’t belong to any one of us. My friend has really long dark hair, mine is really short. The hair we found was shoulder length and somewhat brown. We called the store and they said they could only make us a new one. Who wants anything more from them after seeing something so disgusting, and they said we can only call customer service for the refund, which we have to wait till (we ordered ob Saturday) Monday when customer services is working. This is ridiculous that the store cannot make refund directly to the customer. they were making excuses that the front desk who worked in the earlier shift has logged out of the system, therefore the money has been put into the system and not able to refund…. my first time hearing about it. Definitely never coming back to this restaurant or any other of their locations. First of all , the food is terrible . Second, I literally stood in front of the cash register to pick up an online order and the person operating the register didn’t even look up at me and continued finicking with the computer. Didn’t say ill be right with you , no hello, nothing. Furthermore, at least 6 other employees didn’t acknowledge my existence whatsoever. I stood there for 5 minutes before saying “ hello? We made a reservation for 5 people and then we waited for 20 minutes outside. We couldn’t take it anymore so we went to a local store. When we got back it was about 1:14 pm and we were just standing inside for about 15 more mins until my friend complained to a waiter we were here for the reservation. Then the waiter came to get us at 2:26. She said that we had to leave because we were 10 minutes late for our reservation. We then explained that we were here at 2:14 but she said we had no proof and we had to leave. I looked inside the restaurant and there were 2 tables of 6 vacant. But we were still kicked out because as the waiter said we were “late.” So in summary, the waiters needs to pay more attention to their customers and not just look outside the window to see if they are late or not.
