Sausage Gravy
I was surprised but the dinner belle plate of chopped steak was delicious. Have been looking for a good American owned (few left)and ran old fashioned sit down restaurant and I found it here. Last time I was here it wasn’t as good but yum yum!! Excellent service and excellent food. Will be back more often

All the employees were so pleasant and kind even while busy. I have found the food here to be very good and very consistent. Still has reasonable prices. Definitely one of the few go to spots around here.

Stopped at this location with my family after they picked me up from the airport. Hoping to get a quick bite to eat for dinner before the hour ride to my son's house. Unfortunately all they were serving was Thanksgiving food, which we did not want considering that we were going to have Thanksgiving dinner the next day. So our only other option was going to a very expensive Italian restaurant down the street or wait until we got to where we were going. Of course after being on the plane for over 2 hrs and it being so late I didn't want to wait any longer to eat.

BobEvan used to be great in everything, portions now are too small coffee is so watery. I also noticed the Bathroom floor was very sticky maybe it suppose to be like that for safety reasons I don’t know.

The chicken was too well done. the macaroni and cheese was probably at least 2 hours old. They put the salad in with the hot food so my lettuce was definitely lukewarm. The biscuits were perfect. And my peanut butter pie was definitely melted because they put it in with the hot food.

Been awhile since last visit to Bob Evans pre covid days. Ann Arbor closed location on AA Saline Road, so first time to Carpenter road for late lunch around 3pm. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but to our surprise, the inside was pretty roomy and inviting.
5 stars for customer service! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly! I didn't have a copy of my receipt, so I don't remember his name. Sorry!
4/5 stars for food...was wanting grits but only served in the mornings. Keep that in mind to get it before 2pm, maybe even earlier than that... not fresh after lunch, so they don't serve it. Ordered the blue ribbon maple bacon, but it didn't look crispy like the picture ...floppy bacon but taste still there.
The chicken fried steak + eggs and the chicken fried steak dinner were both great! Also ordered southwest avocado omelet which was also good. The banana bread was excellent!
Definitely would go back to explore more of the menu. Forgot how good the food can be there...if you're looking for a good all American meal, then check out Bob Evans.

Loved our server ♡ very nice and helpful and attentive plus the chocolate milk to a pregnant lady is SPOT ON !!! If I'm in the area for breakfast again I will stop!

Brioche French Toast
Best breakfast food around. Our server HIGHLY recommended I get the maple butter chicken and biscuits. I was NOT disappointed. The portions are always great (usually I have leftovers). Staff are friendly and we've never waited long to be seated.

I love this Bob Evan's. It's close to home, service is quick and polite, and the food is just fine. I like all of the comfort food options they have and the many different types of breakfast options! It's always a good fall back when we don't know what to eat. Great place!
