I wasn't happy. Well let's just say the manager took care of the entire bill! so I am happy for that. Although the service was great. Sadly we won't be back. That food was not something I wanted anyone I was with yo have to pay for. Thanks again. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointing! I ordered a takeout (Wildfire Chicken Salad) on the website. Bob Evans Wildfire Salad is one of my favorite menu items that I have ordered often. Unfortunately, this one was not good. I realize it's a salad, but both the chicken and the biscuits were cold. There were only 6 or 7 small popcorn sized pieces of cold (not too fresh) pieces of chicken on the salad. Additionally, my order was not ready on time, and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the staff to make the salad when I arrived. The website boasts that online orders will be ready in ten minutes. A simple salad with 6 pieces of (cold) popcorn chicken from the salad bar took 60 minutes?? I don't think I will order takeout from Bob Evans restaurants again. Unfortunately, this Bob Evans was not up to par. We dined in for lunch. The sausage on the biscuit sandwiches was on the verge of being burnt. It was so dark it was almost black, as well as dry. The biscuits were dry and crumbly. The chicken on the farmhouse chicken sandwich was very dry, tough, and chewy, leaving it very hard to bite off the sandwich. The bacon on it was overcooked, breaking into pieces when you bit into it. As I went to use the restroom, I saw a trail of biscuit crumbs from the cash register area all the way to the restrooms. Called in our order for pickup and was told 4:30pm for a ready time. An HOUR later it was finally ready. The hostess who took the order and was getting it together was too busy playing “grab butt” with the cook. So obviously they couldn’t do their jobs. Get a room after work please! I know some Bob Evans are really struggling right now, but this one did a great job. We went in with a motorcoach trip of 50+ people. I heard no one complain about the food or the service.
