Meg at Blackbird Baking Company absolutely created a piece of art for our wedding cake! It was beautiful and tasted amazing. She took our vision and executed it with perfection! I had 100% confidence in Meg after we finalized the cake details to be on time, deliver accordingly, and to make an amazing product. Her pricing was extremely reasonable and I will recommend Blackbird Baking Company for any event.

10 out of 10 on customer service alone. They were easy to work with and friendly. My cake turned out to be beautiful and just what I asked for. The cake itself is a rich chocolate and is well made. The only reason I deducted a star is because the buttercream is so bitter that every slice had to be cut down to just cake and left an awful aftertaste.

I ordered a birthday cake for my 14 year old grandson on short notice and Megan did a fantastic job!! It was delicious and decorated perfectly. I would highly recommend Blackbird Baking Co. it was a great experience. All done via email and they deliver in Fort Collins!!

Had my sons birthday cake made at Blackbird Baking Co. The boys said it was great! The design was a cactus an they just loved it. I am so grateful for such short notice they could fit me in. It also ment so much to me that they could deliver to their house. I will be a customer for life an so will the boys!! Again thank you so very much for the red velvet birthday cake for my boys special day!!

I'm from out of town and wanted to give my mom fresh peach pie for her birthday (her favorite.) Chose Blackbird Baking Company because their website said they did custom orders. Decided to take a chance on them. Blackbird Baking Company made it super easy...did the whole transaction online. Delivered the pie today and my mom was thrilled! Thank you!
