I am downgrading my review because of the long line of cars that extends into in westbound lanes on Oceanside Blvd. and is creating traffic congestion on lane 4. Black Rock needs a traffic handling plan because it's a risk to operate this way. I ordered coffee at 8:12 a.m. and the person at the window was not friendly at all. I made a suggestion on how traffic could move better. Your employees need to learn some customer service skills towards customers who are waiting in a traffic jam. I'm not coming back until there's some improvement with speed. I was a regular but after being treated so rudely this morning I won't be coming back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
