Very busy night, but everyone was so wonderful. We had to wait to be seated but it was full. The host was nice and the server still took time for us. Great place and great people! While we were waiting to be seated, lots of employees walked past us. The restaurant seemed to be less than half full. 10 minutes later we were seated. We were allowed to look at the menu for about 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered and then waited for our coffee. After about 15 more minutes, our food came out. The food is just OK. Service is definitely slow. Luckily the 49er game was on the TV and we had 4 in our party and conversation kept us busy. Given the food and service, we will not be back to this restaurant. Too bad because we've had good experiences at other Black Bear restaurants. Service was slow but got better as morning went by. The food was tasty and hot. I'm glad we made this trip to Black Bear restaurant.
