Went for late night dinner on a Wednesday and it was PACKED. Had to wait about 10 min for a table but once we were seated the service was fast and awesome! The waiter was really nice, we all got burgers with the unlimited fries. They brought a plate of fries out as an app which was nice too. Good experience. Our server was nice enough to let us know that by downloading the BJs app, we can get a "free" pizookie after signing up. I was happy for the advice and we enjoyed the delicious food. We are regulars here at BJ’s, food is consistent, wide range of menu and today the service was excellent! JIMMIE was our server, he was polite, pleasant, attentive and PROFESSIONAL, something you just don’t see very often these days! We hope to have Jimmie as our server in the future and you can’t go wrong with their pazookies! Stopped by at a busy time for lunch. Greeted and seated promptly. Jonathan our server was wonderful. Food as always was good. Pizza, fresh salad and pizzole not to mention the cocktail. Ashley S. was our waitress she was amazing!!! Honestly the best service I have ever experienced anywhere. The restaurant was pretty busy all the tables were full. She was quick, on point, funny, sweet and remembered everything (didn't write anything down we had a party of 6). Ashley has set the bar high!! The mac and cheese balls are delicious. We got the pizza, chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, a hamburger, and of course pizookies. Everything was delicious 😋 🤤. Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst service ever. We called last Sunday to get a reservation for tonight. They said there was no reservation. They offered to do "their best". We wait for an hour and then we just left to Black Angus restaurant. Excellent food by the way. Julius or Brian was supposedly the manager's name who showed 0 interest in our situation. It's a shame that a good restaurant's name is stained for staff that doesn't care about their customers.

Our experience was awesome. We were sat immediately and greeted by Jonathan right away! Jonathan was very attentive and kept our drinks full (very important) he was patient with us also!
