Our server was Megan oh my gosh such a sweetheart every single gesture about her was welcoming and sweet. She even offered to watch our baby while me and my husband ate. I've never been across someone so positive in a restaurant. All the best Megan for ur future plans Hun. May u excell in your wonderful service to others. This was our second dining experience in a row that was substandard. It's too bad, because we like BJ's but this location has issues. About 40 minutes after ordering, I finally asked our server about our food. He said it should be ready soon. I asked him to at least bring out the kids' meal, which shouldn't take that long to make. He said he would check on it. I asked if they were short a cook, and he joked that he might need to go back to help. I don't think it was a joke. Maybe a staff shortage issue, but there were other issues that seemed to point toward bad management. For example, while ordering our meal with our waiter standing at our table, a server tried to deliver food to our table. We hadn't even ordered! Shortly after we ordered, a different server tried to deliver food to our table that we hadn't ordered. After we told her it wasn't ours, I saw her checking several other tables around us, looking for where it went. Also, we were there on a Saturday around 6 p.m., and several things on the menu that we tried to order were not available. The food is okay, but there are way too many other options out there to deal with these types of service issues. I recently had the pleasure of dining at bjs and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially Eleazar, whose exceptional service truly enhanced the overall dining experience. The menu boasted a delightful array of options, but it was the pizza and chicken Alfredo pasta that truly stole the show. The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust and a generous amount of toppings, while the chicken Alfredo pasta was creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a burst of delicious flavors that left me craving for more. To top it all off, the cinnamon roll dessert was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal. Warm, gooey, and filled with just the right amount of sweetness, it was the perfect way to satisfy my sweet tooth. Overall, Eleazar's provides not only exceptional service but also incredible suggestions to our table that is sure to impress even the most discerning palate. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning soon for another unforgettable dining experience. We came in on a busy shift, and everything was perfect especially our service! Hannah did an excellent job catering to our needs, and making us feel like guests not just customers. If you are in the area stop by and ask for Hannah! Ps she has great recommendations for food pairing! She was very engaging and genuinely cared about our dining experience. There are a lot of great dining experiences in the area. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. There are just a ton of little tell tale signs that seem to indicate you are an inconvenience to the staff here. They are not rude, but perhaps the enthusiasm you experience in so many other places nearby lends poor contrast. It feels like they are just punching the clock, from reception to exit. Menu items not being available, condiments not really being presented with meals, or napkins for that matter, all point to a lack of concern for your business.
