The rolls here are on another level. Lobster tasted like it jumped out of the cold ocean straight into my mouth it was so fresh. The clam chowder is a must try. Service was very hospitable. This place is as good as advertised. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Lovely small local eatery for fresh lobster choices. Food was delicious, fresh and made quickly. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and were able to meet my special request for my sandwich easily. Cost ranged, based on the amount of lobster in your meal choice which is to be expected. Only a few places to sit inside with a few small tables and a couple of picnic tables outside. Food can be taken to go though which would be an awesome choice for larger groups. Ordering ahead for larger group pickup would be suggested as well I think. If ever in the area definitely a place to check out! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lobster
We were so lucky to have Bite Into Maine cater our wedding in Sebago! They were so fast to respond to any questions we had & communicated so well throughout the entire process - Kevin was incredibly friendly & personable. We live in TX and had to coordinated everything from a distance and had zero issues working with them. Everybody was so excited for the food & everything tasted amazing. We loved how much they offered on their catering menu & had a little bit of everything - they kept us very well fed! Can't recommend them enough, glad they are blowing up & only getting busier! My husband and I visited for lunch today for the first time. Being the peak of the summer season and quite busy, we actually didn't have to wait long for our meals. My "Maine" lobster roll was everything I was hoping it would be...filled with generous pieces of meat (not ground up) and just the right amount of mayo. My husband enjoyed his Wasabi lobster roll and potato salad. Our clam chowder was delicious, although more clams would've been appreciated. A generous handful of kettle chips came with our sandwiches. Outdoor seating is available, and a few small tables are inside. Can't wait to return! We had a late lunch here and the first lobster roll of the trip. The roll was fully packed (overflowing) with lobster and the bun was nicely toasted and very buttery. The original with mayo was nice because it was lightly dressed but my favorite remains the butter version. The chowder was good and the whoopie pie (not too sweet, soft cake with creamy filling) was a nice way to end the meal. Service Dine in Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I took grilled cheese lobster sandwich and it was good. There is no vegetarian options and side dish is only chips. They take pride in serving fresh lobster and there are nonother options in here. Go if you love lobsters. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Oh my god what can I say. The best lobster roll in my whole life. My husband took the lobster roll and me i did the grilled Mac lobster sandwich it's to die for. I will recommend this at 100%. They have their own home made Mayo. My favorite was the curry Mayo never heard that before but amazing and my husband lived the wasabi Mayo. The stuff was so nice and they were very friendly we had a nice talk with them we enjoyed being there .

Best lobster roll we had on our road trip. Definitely worth the stop. Friendly and fast service. Parking in front. 2 small 2 people tables in front that are well protected from the wind and 3 picnic tables a bit farther past the parking.

When you've pretty much had all the lobster rolls under the sun, they all start blending in together. They're essentially all the same at this point but Bite Into Maine's lobster rolls are ranked towards the top. I'm a Texas girl so I love buttered Texas toast and the rolls they use here are reminiscent of that. I like lobster rolls that have that little crunch from the bread. We got the traditional Maine lobster roll and the Connecticut lobster roll. Both were delicious based on what you like: cold with mayo or hot and buttered. I like the staff here - they poured the hot butter on our Connecticut lobster roll in front of us and told us to say "when". We didn't say "when" and he definitely kept on pouring and we all laughed about it later. My only complaint is that I don't think the price justified the portion...we got 2 "XL" lobster rolls and it was over $50 total after taxes and everything were calculated. The lobster rolls are good though so if you're looking for some of the best lobster rolls with variety then Bite Into Maine is it.

FANTASTIC LOBSTER ROLL! This was a total winner when my wife and I ate our way across Portland looking for lobster rolls. What pushed it over the top was the secret off menu variation you can only get at this location which is warming the lobster in the Connecticut roll. This turns a yummy but cold lobster salad into a truly decadent freshly picked butter poached lobster twist on the classic. The lobster was sweat, soft and packed with flavor. Do yourself the favor and drive a few minutes off the highway and pick one up when your heading north past Portland.
