Glad we finally have one in Bay City. However over half of the times I have been in there I am in there in there for 30-40 minutes just waiting on my drink even when it's not that busy. I love Biggby, but this location is just plain broken. Orders aren't made FIFO, and on multiple occasions I've had to ask to get my food made. The staff doesn't seem to operate in a cohesive fashion which appears to cause confusion. I sincerely hope they get their inefficiencies resolved. After coming here 10 plus times I will have to say that as much as I love biggby this location is the absolute slowest. Orders are not served in order and it always seems like the right half of the staff doesn't know what the other half is making. They also tend to make 1 drink on a multiple drink order and never have all of them ready at 5he same time. Hopefully with time the service will be more efficient but without a drive through I tend to visit the competitor across the street due to the slow service and lack of communication. The coffee here is amazing!! I have been coming here ever since I first tried Biggby. The atmosphere and the customer service is incredible, all the baristas are very nice and friendly. Tess is always killing it and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my drink she does an amazing job! ❤️ I am always excited to get my coffee from here!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend coming here, it's way better than Starbucks and definitely worth coming into the store for! I absolutely love this new Biggby! The staff is always smiling and cheerful and welcoming. I’ve tried a ton of different drinks and I’ve loved every single one of them. I don’t go to Biggby often, but when I do Tess is always there to greet me with a smile and a sunshine attitude ✨☀️ makes my day to get such astounding service with an amazingly made drink to treat myself with!! 10/10 love this location :)

Friendly employees, my drinks have been made correctly, and I love that they open at 6am. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to having to go back to where people are waiting for their orders to be able to see the menu and then walking back to the front of the store to get in line to order.
