my drink is always wrong even though i order it the same way every single time, and it’s always made incorrectly in different ways. ordered it iced today and it came hot and only half full. last time i ordered it the drink only came with one of the two syrups i asked for and i had to put my own syrup in. very disappointing. would rather drive 30 minutes away and go to defiance to get my drink as i’ve never had issues at that location.
