I have been there 4 times and 3 of those times they have gotten my order wrong. I have stressed that I need oat milk or my day is basically painful. I have told them in detail that this is a health issue and they still keep putting whole milk in my coffee. I gave it 3 stars because it's still very tasty, better than Starbucks but a mile, but I'm frustrated that this location has an attention to detail problem.

I have been to this location on 3 different occasions and each time I ordered Carmel hot cocoa and a ham sandwich and was pleased. They didnt give any receipt but other than that I will definitely return. So delicious!! The lady was super nice on the intercom! This was my first time there and she was very patient with me and offered suggestions. Great service and great coffee and food. Amazing team of talented Barista at this Huber Heights Cloud Park drive through location. After frequenting this establishment since opening day 1, I can attest to the great quality of customer service as well as efficient presentation of the items you order. I miss the Brown Sugar Bourbon brew coffee but continue to try new flavors as they are added to the local menu here. My go-to is a tasty Butter Bear 🐻 latte ☕ (either hot, cold, or frozen). Opening this cozy little establishment in the northern Gem 💎 city area boasts appreciation for Biggby coffee and brings smiles to the local community!
