I ordered online, and showed up at the prescribed time, and waited at the pickup window for more than 30 minutes with constant reminders asking if my order was ready. Meanwhile they served every single customer that walked in the door in 5 minutes or less. While I waited until it was completely dead and then they filled my order. Bowls are huge. This is high quality food that comes fast. I am from Buffalo so it was nice to take a chance on something new while in town, and be VERY happily surprised by the great food!
