The food is fine, it's always been good, but having the coffee shop empty while I stood there waiting for someone to take an order, until I saw the oddly places sign on the sugar stand pointing towards the other end of the business. Also the price! Two wraps for $38 made me realize that while the food is good, I don't know if I will be back soon at that price point. Clean and nice if you can afford it.

Iced Latte
Despite having very nice coffee equipment, their staff is not trained to make coffee... They could really benefit from getting staff that has experience using the equipment. I ordered a mocha and my partner ordered a chocolate steamer, but they were both just warm swiss miss, chalky chocolate. It was very obvious to me it was a powdered mix, and I was not good. Another time I came here and ordered a latte and it wasn't good either. It's a shame because we really need a good second coffee shop in Belfast, and they have ample space to really contribute to that need in downtown. Please hire an actual barista! Belfast needs a second coffee shop option!
I've ordered the cod wrap here before and it was not good. Very heavy mayo, wet, and very small for the price.
I really want to love this place, but they need a lot of work on their menu, prices, and knowledgeable staff.

While the owner and staff are always really nice, these prices would be hard to justify even for a really good wrap. That's not what is being served here. While I'm not expecting anything incredible in a small town, the only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that Belfast still doesn't have any good lunch spots for working folks to sit down and warm up besides Bell The Cat, which is just as unappealing.
