Great food. Great service and a great experience. Wish I woukd of had a photo of our food. Several people came by to check on us. Will be back in 3 weeks Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Every time we have visited has been great. We have tried all of the starters—the crab cakes is probably our favorite. We’ve had steak, the pork chop, salmon, shrimp & grits, the snapper and more. All has been great. The service has always been attentive and friendly and the kitchen has always been quick and efficient. Very happy that B.Colson’s has opened their doors in Camden. Fantastic food and service! We just stopped in without a reservation and were able to be seated at the bar immediately. My husband got the fried flounder and me the red snapper with the (insanely awesome) edamame succotash. All were delicious! Oh yeah, the firecracker shrimp were incredible. We loved it. We want this restaurant to be successful, and we'll continue to give them business. However, last night was a comedy of errors. We each ordered appetizer and main course. When apps arrived (seared tuna and a soup), the soup wasn't hot, so it was sent back and returned quickly. Two bites in, someone arrived with our entrees as though this was normal. When I noted that we had just gotten our apps, they (graciously and reluctantly) offered to put them under the heat lamps until we were ready. No-one saw the mistake in firing the appetizers and entrees at the same time instead of staggering. When the somewhat stale entrees were brought back, they appeared with no condiments, and that took some time as well. What restaurant serves fried shrimp/fries and or a cheeseburger/fries dry and void of condiments within reach? Before we finished our entree, we were approached about desert. I asked to defer until we we were done. At the appropriate juncture, we did order the suggested desert. After 15 minutes and no desert arriving, we asked for the bill and departed. Obviously, a lot more training is needed. I still left a 20%+ tip and I want to see more restaurant jobs created in Camden, but the owner needs to step up his game. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Service and Food was Great!!! Definitely what Camden needed!! Do recommend making reservations first at least on Saturday. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Rib Eye and Twice Baked Potato
My daughter and I came in for dinner tonight for the first time. The restaurant is very elegant, and classy. For my entree I had the Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection! Our bartender Mary-Ashley was very attentive, kind, and had great menu suggestions. The owner Scott, and Manager Jessica were very welcoming, and warm. Thank you all for such great service! Scott, the owner, was directing cleanup of water in the entryway due to the rain outside. Later that evening, he came around and personally talked with us at our table. The smoked wings were delish and the pork chop glaze was awesome! We shall return! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I attended an "after hours" function a couple weeks back at B. Colson's. They are still new, so I knew there may be some small hiccups. The old bank building has been meticulously transformed into an awesome dining venue! The attention to detail is evident. The staff was prompt & friendly; it's obvious that some are still quite fresh in the service industry, but they're trying & doing it with a smile. As far as the food goes, all I can say is everyone's food at my table looked delicious; it must have tasted quite good, too, as it was nearly silent for some time (unless someone was complimenting their meal). I had the shrimp 'n grits. And I must say -- y'all blew it outta the freakin' park!!! I've had shrimp 'n grits from all over the state and y'all's was, HANDS DOWN, the best I've had. The shrimp were large, the portion was generous, and the flavor was outta this world! Scott Edwards -- you've gone well, sir! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
