I decided to try something different today. I ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade. I’ve tasted sour, tart, sweet lemonade but never one like this. I can only imagine this is what burnt metal tastes like. The after taste is awful. The pretzel is bland tasting. I’m disappointed. And for the price I paid I will not be returning.

Very disappointing. Went and ordered a few of the larger cups of pretzels and watched them dump a smaller cup into the larger cup, add two pieces and call it a large cup...they did this 3 times... So they charged me for large cups of pretzels but basically gave me a small cup plus 2 or 3 pieces... The ladies working were rude and lacked customer service and just continued their conversation while barely acknowledging that I was there waiting for food. I don't think I'll be returning. I'm very very disappointed.

Love Auntie Annie, they have always greet me with a friendly smile. Have met the own not to long ago, mistaking him for one of his employees. Thinking it was his twin brother, he kept telling me he was the boss. I just kept joking, like I do when they are not that busy. He is the boss great young man , and his from India. It doesn't matter where people come from. It all depends on the person you are, a d how you represent yourself also. Sometime customers they better take care of me, or I'll report them to their manager. That India lady that was named before wwwas maybe his wife. They have another downstairs in the mall . I met her before I met him and she was very nice.
Tried to use a coupon code that was timed and the cashier took so long that the code expired and he proceeded to tell me that it couldn't be used now and there was nothing he could do. Was a coupon for a free pretzel through tmobile and was the same code for everyone. Was set on a 2 minute timer to expire after revealing. Was my first experience and will be my last. Definitly not worth the hassle. Isnt that hard to put in a code in a computer. Especially when it's the same code for everyone. It's not my fault that he didnt know what he was doing yet I lost my free pretzel and got my lunch date ruined.

They don't accept coupons when I went there on my visit I say this because I printed a coupon Online that day I came there and they told me it's expired even though I showed them the expiration date very disappointing.
