The food is great, but their hours are wrong. Stopped by before closing and they closed early. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Kinda gross to be honest. People are eating pretzels with their bare hands, licking their fingers, then handling the food bare-handed, and money all together. Now...uh...all I'm thinking of is how often hands are washed whether going to the bathroom or not, and other sanitary issues. 😨

Do not waste your time Always rude and dont take promotions. And all Auntie Anne's corporate has to say is that all locations are independently owned and operated. What a joke
This Auntie Anne's location is the worst I have ever had. I buy AA pretzels in many locations and I love the stuff, but this location cannot make the same quality. The pretzel are not soft and have a strange after taste. It's almost taste like bagels. It is really a shame that one location can ruin the whole chain. Go get your AA from the mall or other place.
This location is in the Wal-mart and the hours don’t match when they’re actually open
They’re never open on time or have anything ready once they are open

Traditional auntie Anne's with exception of very hard working polite employees. Staffing especially during Covid is important. Place was immaculate.

Rewards scanner is ALWAYS “broken”! They just want you to pay full price for everything; go to the one inside of Eddystone Walmart on Chester Pike
Great place, 10/10 would pretzel again
