Plenty of staff but somehow still achingly slow. Doesn't call the names of the orders out loud enough, and then let a meal sit there for five minutes without ever calling the name again. Good stuff, made better by good deals, if you can get them. Use the App, which itself isn't all that great. Oh and drive thru, they're going to park you, and it's even more awkward if they're busy. Waited in the lobby for over half an hour after placing a mobile order. Once I inquired about my order I was told they had run out of roast beef. I requested a refund and was told, “We can’t do that, we’re not supposed to.” Once I insisted they managed to give me a cash refund. Overall, just poor communication and disappointed they attempted to get me to leave without food or my money back.
