The acting manager (Eli) has zero social skills. He gave my $80 order to someone without confirming it. An hour later I called to see what the problem was and while I was speaking he told me to shut up and stop talking. He refused to give me his name or corp. number. Huge disappointment. Lobby area was filthy on a weekday evening. Workers didnt seem to care about the upkeep of their work place or providing any decent customer service.
