Went through drive thru. Drove a block down the road to eat. Nothing is fresh i mean nothing. Fries are cold Sandwich is cold. My wife threw hers in the trash only ate 2 bites and said it was gross. I tried calling the store but nobody answered. Update : went through drive thru again couple weeks ago. It's was just as bad. Lady at window copped an attitude. I just went inside talked with the two young managers and instead of me getting new food just got my money back. Nothing has changed and the link arbys posted below does absolutely nothing. Visited from out of town and decided to grab a bite to eat before leaving town. Food was what you would expect and the girl at the counter was friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop again.
